Where are your products from?
We are proud to work with over 30 independent, female designers across the United States. Each product ships directly from the designer. On every product page you'll find additional information about the designer, lead time and location. To view our full list of designers, please visit our Designers page.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order begins shipment, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
How soon will I get my order?
In-stock items will ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Made-to-order items will generally ship in 2-3 weeks. The lead time (how long it will take for the item to begin shipping) for each product is listed on the product page. Items are shipped directly from our designers, and your order could be delivered at various times in separate shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Placing international orders is not directly available through our website. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Select items are eligible for gift wrapping. Please contact us for more information.
Privacy & Payment
Is my credit card information protected?
Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we don’t store any of your payment information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.
